### How will my package ship?

We ship all of our packages via DHL & USPS First Class mail.

### How will I know my shipment is on its way?

Once you have purchased your order, our team will work to fulfill and ship your order out within 1-3 business days, if not sooner. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. 

Note: tracking links can take up to 48 hours to update once created, so don’t worry if it doesn’t update immediately!

### What if my shipment is missing?

If your shipment has not arrived within 8 days of receiving your tracking confirmation email, please reach out to our [Curology Success team](mailto:shop@curology.com) to let us know. We're happy to help troubleshoot!

In rare cases, a shipment may take up to 36 hours to arrive once it has been marked as 'delivered' by USPS. If you are unable to locate a shipment marked as delivered by USPS, we recommend the following tips: verify your shipping address was entered correctly, look for a notice from USPS of an attempted or rescheduled delivery, look around the front of your residence to see if your package may have been left in an unusual location, confirm your package has not been left in a package locker, and check with any housemates or landlords to see if they accepted the package on your behalf. 

If these tips do not help you to locate your shipment, we recommend waiting 36 hours from the time your shipment was marked as delivered. If it does not arrive within that window, please contact our Success team directly via email: [shop@curology.com](mailto:shopcurology@curology.com) for assistance. You may also wish to [reach out directly to USPS](https://www.usps.com/manage/welcome.htm) to file a missing shipment report. This can help prevent similar issues in the future.

  

### How much does shipping & handling cost?

For orders over $30, shipping & handling is free. For all other orders, the cost of S&H will be listed at checkout.

  

### Does the Curology Shop ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally. At this time, purchases via the Curologys shop are only available within the United States.

### Return Policy: Curology Shop Purchases

For orders made on the Curology shop, you may request to return a shipment by emailing [shop@curology.com](mailto:shopcurology@curology.com) within 14 days of delivery. Returns are subject to approval.
